Will man nicht alle synonymen Saiten aufeinmal gebrauchen, so kann man selbstverständlichauch andere Akkorde als die der vermindertenSeptime erlangen; diese mannichfaltigen Kombi-nationen, die jeder selbst machen kann, wenn ersich von der Wirkung der Pedale auf die Saitengenau Rechenschaft gibt, werden noch bedeutendzahlreicher werden, wenn durch eine dreifacheVerrückung der Pedale ces, fes, ges, die dreiSynonymen, welche der Harfe zur Zeit noch feh-len, gewonnen sind. Von der obenerwähnten Art des Glissando(in verminderten Septimenakkorden) ist einglänzendes Beispiel in Liszts Dante-Sinfoniezu finden, als Symbol für die aus dem Infernoauftauchenden Geistergestalten der unglückli-chen Francesca da Rimini und ihres Geliebten.CPartiturbeispiel 55.)
