Description
Español: planta de mimbre amarillo de la Costa V. Dominico La fotografía fue tomada en la costa de Villa Domínico, Avellaneda.En ella se puede observar la vegetación típica de la región.La planta de mimbre amarillo tiene ramas delgadas,finas y flexibles que se utilizan para la cestería. Durante el siglo XIX la producción artesanal con este material fue muy importante confeccionando canastas y cajones para proteger a los frutos recolectados. Además se utiliza para atar las ramas de la viña y forrar las damajuanas protegiendo el vidrio.
