English: Inside view of the tomb of Shiekh Babar Baba (Syed Ali Gohar) in Dak Ismail Khel village, Nowshera District, KPK, Pakistan.

SYED ALI GOHAR SHAH also known as SHIEKH BABAR BABA is BUKHARI SYED (HUSSANI SYED). He was a SUFI and WALIULLAH. He was a student of KAKA SAHIB in SUFISM. The progeniture of Shekh Babar Baba has designated as MIANGAAN. Shiekh Babar Baba is SYED. His lineage goes to HAZRAT MUHAMMAD (SAW) through HAZRAT HUSSAIN (AS) IBN HAZRAT ALI (AS). SHAJARA NASAB is kept in his tomb. His tomb is situated in DAG ISMAIL KHEL, District Nowshera. MIANGAAN is also divided into sub groups or sects such as BARA MIANGAAN, MUAZAM KHEL, MUATTAR KHEL, GUNJAN KHEL, etc. People belonging to MIANGAAN write SBK with it's name shortly which stand for SHEKH BABAR KHEL.
