Description
English: Photographer: Unidentified

Location: Mareeba, Queensland, Australia
Description: Interior view of the church at Mareeba designed and built by Marcus and William Brims, around 1904. Marcus and William were the sons of early Queensland photographer Harriett Brims and joinery owner Donald Gray Brims. The church was demolished in the 1970s. The banner across the arch above the altar reads: I will wash my hands in innocency so will I go to Thine altar.
