Description
English: Inside Ystrad Fflur Church, Ceredigion, near to Pontrhydfendigaid, Ceredigion/Sir Ceredigion, Great Britain.

The little Church of St Mary is adjacent to the ruined Cistercian abbey at Strata Florida. Both Strata Florida and Ystrad Fflur are misleading, as that was the valley locality about two miles to the south-west that the monks originally settled, and they brought the name with them when they began building the abbey here in the late 12th century.
