Description La Hacienda Bolívar de San Mateo (Estado Aragua, Venezuela) era una gran hacienda de caña de azúcar, con toda la infraestructura necesaria para procesar gran cantidad de caña con el objeto de producir azúcar y ron. Un canal visible en la foto, proporcionaba la energía mecánica para mover una rueda hidráulica la que, a su vez, molía la caña en el trapiche. La casona de la hacienda es ahora un interesante museo.
