Description
English: Details of an Inga crown, plentful of mature fruits. The tropical genus Inga (Fabaceae) have hundreds species in the Americas, very common in forest ecosystems. Its fruits are a important resource for fauna, due to the sweet, white pulp. The seeds are widely dispersed by fish, making the tree common in riparian forests. Tree located on the margin of Ribeirão do Veado (Veado Stream), Presidente Venceslau, São Paulo State, Brazil.
