Description
English: Following torrential rainfall from the remnants of Hurricane Ike, The Indiana National Guard was called upon to assist civilian authorities in evacuating people from the flooded community of Munster, Indiana. A Hummer belonging to the 113th Engineer Company out of Gary, Indiana, patrolled the flooded streets of Munster, searching for any of the town's citizens wishing to be rescued from the rising waters.
