Description From right to left, U.S. Sen. Chris Coons, Del. Gov. Jack Markell, Tony Pratt, Delaware Shoreline Administrator and Curt Heckelman, Deputy for Programs and Project Management for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Philadelphia District, discuss the project at the north shore of the Indian River Inlet. USACE is helping restore the north shore by pumping more than half a million cubic yards of sand from the inlet and onto the beach.
