Description
English: An unnamed bridge carries eastbound Independence Avenue SW over Maine Avenue SW in Washington, D.C., in the United States. Eastbound Independence Avenue SW crosses the Tidal Basin via Kurtz Bridge. It then curves north to join its westbound lanes and meet up with the older part of the avenue. This bridge was constructed between 1941 and 1942.
