Notes Wooden boards. Stamp features the coat of arms of Wittenberg. 6 raised double bands (top and tail band incorporates end bands). Macchi states; bound during the last quarter of the 16th century in Tübingen by a Samuel Streler successor?. The panel stamp appears in Tübingen in several variants. Ilse Schunke considers a variant the work of Samuel Streler whose name was recorded at Tübingen university in 1550 and who worked for Duke Christoph.
