Summary

[edit]
Description The Museum of Cham Sculpture is essentially two large halls containing an interesting selection of random stone sculptures. Though some of them are of Hindu gods, including the phallic Lingam, there are several other mythological figures as well, like this impressive creature. It supposedly denotes a lion, looking at it's formidable teeth and the way it is holding up it's claws. I guess this is more of an ornamental figure as I am not aware of any Hindu god depicted so.
