Description
English: Caption: "There seems to be little doubt that the Germans intend to settle down permanently In Russian Poland. They are now registering all the inhabitants of the conquered districts in Poland. The military authorities are now making a complete record of the whole population of Poland conquered by the Germans. But here they even go further than in the fatherland, for they not only make a record of the name, birth, occupation, etc., but they also photograph them. The picture shows a number of Polish Jews, all tagged with numbers, being photographed."
