Description
English: The design is composed of continuous parallel diagonal bands of ornament. There are eight different bands before the repeat. Each band is of Chinese inspired motifs, largely of fret work designs, small floral motifs and geometric patterns. This imitation leather paper is made from the pulp of the bark of the mulberry tree. It is covered with Dutch foil which is gilded and lacquered.
