میدان امام - نقش جهان میدان امام - نقش جهان میدان امام - نقش جهان میدان امام دومین میدان بزرگ دنیا مجموعه بزرگی از ساختمان‌های مسجد امام، مسجد شیخ لطف الله و عالی قاپو وبازار سنتی اصفهان می باشد که از آثاردوره صفوی به معماری علامه شیخ بهایی در شهر اصفهان مجموعه ای از دو مسچد بسیار زیبای امام و مسجد شیخ لطف الله مجموعه حکومتی عالی قاپو ومیدان ورزش وتمرین نظامی بوده که به مجموعه بازا ر متصل بوده و در عین حال دور میدان فروشگاههای ساخت و فروش صنایع دستی می باشدودر کشور ایران است معرفی: میدان امام (نقش جهان) در تاریخ ۸ بهمن ۱۳۱۳ در فهرست آثار ملی ایران ثبت شد و در اردیبهشت ۱۳۵۸ جزء نخستین آثار ایرانی بود که به‌عنوان میراث جهانی یونسکو نیز به ثبت جهانی رسید. بناهای تاریخی موجود در میدان نقش جهان شامل عالی‌قاپو، مسجد جامع عباسی، مسجد شیخ لطف‌الله و سردر قیصریه است. علاوه بر این بناها دویست حجره دو طبقه پیرامون میدان واقع شده‌است که عموما جایگاه عرضه صنایع دستی اصفهان می‌باشند. تا پیش از دوره صفویه، در جایگاه کنونی این میدان، باغی به نام نقش جهان وجود داشته‌است. این باغ، نام خود را از شهری در آذربایجان گرفته که اینک به نام نخجوان خوانده می‌شود. حمدالله مستوفی درباره این شهر گفته‌است: «شهری خوش است که آن را نقش‌جهان خوانند و اکثر عمارات آن از آجر است» این میدان که در فهرست میراث جهانی با نام میدان شاه ثبت شده‌است، در زمان ساخت و در تقابل با میدان کهنه که مسجد جامع در آن قرار داشت، میدان نو نامیده می‌شد. امروزه نام رسمی این میدان، میدان امام است. ویژگی‌ها و مختصات: میدان امام ( نقش جهان)، میدانی مستطیل شکل به درازای ۵۰۷ متر و پهنای ۱۵۸ متر در مرکز شهر اصفهان است. جهت قرارگیری طول میدان نسبت به محور شمال-جنوب، زاویه ۱۱/۲۵ درجه و با جهت قبله زاویه‌ای دقیقاً ۱۳۵ درجه(۹۰+۴۵) می‌سازد. با توجه به وجود دو بنای مذهبی (مسجد شیخ لطف‌الله و مسجد جامع عباسی) در اضلاع جنوبی و شرقی، برگزدین چنین جهتی برای میدان معقول و دارای یک رابطه هندسی پیوسته‌است. پیرامون میدان دویست حجره دو طبقه قرار دارد. افزون بر آن چهار بنای عالی‌قاپو، مسجد جامع عباسی، مسجد شیخ لطف‌الله و سردر قیصریه نیز در میانه چهار ضلع این مستطیل ساخته شده‌اند.English: Naghsh-e Jahan Square (Persian: ميدان نقش جهان maidaan-e naqsh-e jehaan) is situated at the center of Esfahan city, Iran. It is an important historical site and one of UNESCO's World Heritage Sites. The square is surrounded by buildings from the Safavid era. The imam khomeini Mosque is situated on the south side of this square. On the west side you can find Ali Qapu Palace. Sheikh Lotf Allah Mosque is situated on the eastern side of this square and the northern side opens into the Isfahan Grand Bazaar. Today, Namaaz-e Jom'eh (the Muslim Friday prayer) is held in this square in front of the imam khomeini Mosque.
Français : La place Naghsh-e Jahan (en persan : میدان نقش جهان), connue autrefois sous le nom de « place du chah » et aujourd'hui de « place de l'Imam Khomeiny », située au centre de la ville d'Ispahan est une des plus grandes places du monde. C'est un site historique important classé au Patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO.
La place est entourée par des monuments historiques importants de l'époque safavide. La mosquée du Chah est située au sud de la place. On trouve sur le côté ouest le palais Ali Qapu. La mosquée du Cheikh Lotfallah est située sur le côté est de cette place et sur le côté nord s'ouvre une des portes du grand bazar d'Ispahan.
