Description
English: The November 6, 1859 issue of Illustreret Tidende had this map on page 51 of a project for the developement of the southern part of the port of Copenhagen, with landfills and a deepened channel between Zealand and Amager. The plans were made in 1857 by the merchant Andreas Wilhelm Andersen and the British engineer John Murray. The project was not realized. hovedstadshistorie.dk.
