Português: Ilha no fundo da Baía da Guanabara a apenas 10 milhas marítimas do centro da cidade do Rio de Janeiro. A travessia RIO-PAQUETÁ e PAQUETÁ-RIO leva cerca de uma hora em lanchas tradicionais das BARCAS S.A. ou em torno de 20 minutos nos aerobarcos/catamarãs da TRANSTUR. Com o seu formato semelhante ao número 8, PAQUETÁ possui uma área aproximada de 1 Km2; 6 Km de orla marítima; cerca de 20 praias nativas; e 9 morros; um paisagismo maravilhoso e uma tranquilidade de cidade do interior. É proibido o tráfego de carros, sendo permitido somente charretes e bicicletas alugadas para turistas.
