Description
Italiano: Nel suo ultimo tratto il fiume scorre lentamente tra canneti e crea qualche piccolo stagno. Un tempo (fino all'Ottocento) pare scorresse sotterraneo prima di giungere al mare a causa delle dune che si formavano lungo il litorale; in seguito a importanti lavori di bonifica della piana del Tellaro eseguiti nella prima metà del Novecento, il fiume scorre sempre in superficie.
