Description
Bahasa Indonesia: Ini adalah ikan Mujahir yang dibudidayakan di danau Toba. Ikan ini digoreng dengan sedemikian rupa, cita rasanya berbeda dengan ikan goreng lainnya. Ikan goreng ini memiliki sambal yang khas yang dicampur dengan andaliman, namun ikan dan sambalnya terpisah. Belahan yang terlihat pada ikan ini menambah ketertarikan para penikmatnya. Susah untuk mendiskripsikannya, hanya rasa yang dapat membuktikannya. Buktikan saja dengan mengunjungi kota Parapat.
