Español: Un recurso cultural importante es la Iglesia que data de 1752 , es considerada como una auténtica joya cultural e histórica, de ahí que se gestiona su inclusión como inmueble histórico de la época colonial, con el título de "Relicario del Patrimonio Cultural Rural del Ecuador". En la parte del altar mayor se encuentra un retablo de madera de estilo barroco, con pan de oro y plata, posiblemente agregado un siglo y medio posterior a la construcción. En los murales sobresalen las imágenes bíblico cristianas de Cristo Yaciente, María Magdalena y San Juan. |
