Español: Centro Tradicional de La Pastora. La Pastora fue declarada centro tradicional en la Gaceta Oficial Nº 31.691, del 7 de marzo de 1979. Los límites de la protección patrimonial son: calle oeste 9 al sur, Puerta de Caracas al norte, avenida Baralt al este y la quebrada El Polvorín al oeste.
El valor de La Pastora se remonta a la famosa Puerta de Caracas, con el camino de los españoles como el acceso principal desde el puerto de La Guaira a la ciudad capital según registros del profesor José Antonio Calcaño. De 1.729 lotes de viviendas 59 % está ocupado por casas tradicionales; 1.020 casas en total, en 1981 el Concejo Municipal aprobó una ordenanza de zonificación especial para el área, Sobre la parroquia hay un régimen especial de conservación.English: Traditional Center of La Pastora. La Pastora was declared a traditional center in Official Gazette No. 31,691, dated March 7, 1979. The limits of the patrimonial protection are: west street 9 to the south, Caracas Gate to the north, Baralt Avenue to the east and the ravine El Polvorín to West.
The value of La Pastora dates back to the famous Puerta de Caracas, with the Spanish way as the main access from the port of La Guaira to the capital city according to records of Professor José Antonio Calcaño. Of 1,729 housing lots 59% is occupied by traditional houses; 1,020 houses in total, in 1981 the City Council approved a special zoning ordinance for the area. Over the parish there is a special conservation regime. |
