Summary

[edit]
Description We usually take the train (VIA Rail) but they were talking about a railroad strike so we decided to drive, and it was very nice. We hit customs on the Canadian side on Sunday morning and the line was very low, and even Saturday afternoon customs going back on the American side was good. If you do not hit this just right, you can wait in customs for hours and hours, on the Ambassador Bridge in Detroit. If it looks bad with a long line, take the tunnel. The roads were clean, wide, and smooth, which made for a very nice relaxing trip.
