Description
English: On 29 August 1947, disarmed Japanese escort CD-81 arrived ay Tsingtao, and was ceded to the ROCN as a war reparation under the temporary name Jie 22'. It was later renamed Huang An. It rebelled and turned to Communist PRC on 12 February 1949, and was renamed Sheng Yang. The photo was taken on August 1947 when CD-81 arrived.
