Function/description: To identify areas with potentially hazardous static magnetic fields and forces in an installation.
Additional information:

  • There are two different kinds of hazard: exposure of the human body to very strong fields, and mechanical forces on metal objects, in particular if ferro- or ferrimagnetic.

  • In case of application in a warning sign the rules according to ISO 3864 apply.
