Description
English: NGC 1266 (also called Tc1) with ESO's Very Large Telescope, MUSE instrument. False-color image showing distribution of different elements. Background stars are subtracted away with the help of the background flux.

green is nitrogen [N II] at around 658 nm

blue is sulfur [S II] at around 672 nm

red is oxygen [O II] at around 732 nm
