Summary

[edit]
Description The Tribunal’s audio visual archive holds more than 60,000 hours of public court proceedings. In 2010, the Tribunal undertook a project to digitize its recordings of hearings from tapes, which were subject to deterioration over time. The digitisation preserved these valuable recordings and facilitated future public access to the Tribunal’s hearings, maintaining transparency even after the culmination of the ICTY’s functioning.
