Українська: Нативні криві ендотелійзалежного розслаблення гладеньких м’язів аорти у щурів різних вікових груп (a). Донор сірководню, NaHS суттєво покращує порушене у старих щурів ендотелійзалежне розслаблення. Даний ефект обумовлений дією NO, адже знімається при одночасному застосуванні NAHS і L-NAME (блокатор синтезу NO).
Механізм, що лежить в основі здатності NaHS покращувати ендотелійзалежне розслаблення гладеньких м’язів аорти старих щурів (b). NaHS збільшує вміст сірководню, це супроводжується пригніченням оксидативного і нітрозативного стресу, відновленням спряження сNOS і посиленням конститутивного синтезу NO, основного ендогенного вазорелаксанта. Наслідком цього є збільшення біодоступності NO і покращення ендотелійзалежного розслаблення. English: The native curves of endothelium-dependent relaxation of aortic smooth muscles in rats of different age (a). NaHS (H2S donor) NaHS improves suppressed endothelium-dependent relaxation in old rats. This effect is mediated by NO action, as it is removed by L-NAME (inhibitor of NO synthesis). The mechanism underlying NaHS action on endothelium-dependent relaxation of aortic smooth muscles in old rats (b). NaHS increase H2S pools. This is accompanied by oxidative and nitrosative stress suppression, cNOS recoupling and stimulation of constitutive NO synthesis. It results in an increase of NO bioavailability and improvement of endothelium-dependent relaxation. |
