Description
English: This is inspired by this map https://twitter.com/philklotzbach/status/1178137123687284737 by Philip Klotzbach but I couldn't find his code so I made my own.

Data from hurdat2 hurricane NOAA https://www.nhc.noaa.gov/data/hurdat/hurdat2-1851-2018-051019.txt

Where hurricanes became cat 5 since 1967 when satellites could see them in the sea reliably. Cat 5 is to have sustained wind speeds greater than 136 knots (157 mph; 252 km/h; 70 m/s)
