as they place Federal Emergency Management Agency meal cases onto 1257th Transpiration Company, West Virginia Army National Guard vehicles during FEMA relief operations in Charleston W.Va. Master Sgt. Belling and Staff Sgt. Runyan are Members of the 130th Airlift Wing Small Air Terminal which is one of two FEMA Supply and Sustainment Areas in the state. The West Virginia National Guard has over 400 members aiding in recovery efforts from Hurricane Sandy. The storm blanketed the state with heavy snow and rains and also had severe winds that left homes and properties damaged.
