Description
English:
Luther House (Luther Courtyard). Built to a tenement house of the Lutheran Community of Miskolc. Built in Eclectic style. Planned by Richard Knoblandi, Ákos Bende. Year of construction: 1895-1896. Now: Ownership: partly Church, partly private. Currently: commercial, residential function. The huge L-shaped Lutheran tenement 'palace' transformed the northern line of Hunyadi Street and permanently separated the churchyard from the market, then called Luther Square. The interesting thing about the building is that two different buildings stand side by side, functionally connected to each other - 8 Hunyadi Street, Downtown, Miskolc, Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County, Hungary.

Az úgynevezett Luther-ház. miskolc.hu alapján: "Miskolci Evangélikus Egyház bérháza Típus: Pince+földszint+ 2 emelet, zártsorú beépítés Tulajdonviszony: Egyházi, magán. Jelenleg: Kereskedelmi-, lakó funkció. A hatalmas alapterületű, L alakú egyházi bérpalota átalakította a Hunyadi utca északi vonalát, s végleg elválasztotta a templomkertet az akkor már Luther térnek nevezett piactól.
