Description Zürcherisches Kantonal-Militär (um 1820) ... der Schauplatz ist der „Neue Markt" oder Paradeplatz; das Bild ist aufgenommen vor dem Bau der Poststrasse, des Posthauses, des Hotel Baur usw.; links das Artillerie-Zeughaus "Feldhof", dann das grosse "gelbe Zeughaus" mit Treppengiebeldach und Blick in die Zeughaus-Waaggasse, rechts neben der Tiefenhoflinde der Werkhofturm; den Abschluss des Paradeplatzes bildet der Tiefenhof in seiner altern Gestalt; das Häuschen vor der Tiefenhofhlinde kann beim Bau der Poststrasse weg.
