Description
English: The Royal Navy Netherlands amphibious transport dock Hr.Ms. Rotterdam (L800) departs from Ghana's Western Naval Command. at Takoradi, Ghana. Rotterdam and embarked International Marine Task Force were in Ghana to support Africa Partnership Station, an international security cooperation initiative aimed at strengthening global partnerships through training and collaborative activities in order to improve security in Africa at sea and ashore. Note the U.S. Marine Corps Bell UH-1N Huey helicopters ont he flight deck.
