Description
English: Original typical floor plan, Hotel Lincoln, now "Row NYC Hotel", also known as Hotel Manhattan, Royal Manhattan, and Milford Plaza Hotel. 700 Eighth Avenue between 44th and 45th Streets, New York City. Opened 1928. The lower three floors have been gutted and renovated since these plans were drawn.
