This building was built by Elizabeth Chapin-Bancroft in 1906 at the Southeast corner of Pike and 9th; this is roughly the downtown side of where Interstate 5 now comes through. The adjoining Seattle Taxi Co. garage was built in 1910, dating this photo to sometime after.
