Merknad: I 1812 solgte madam Gurina Grønbech eiendommen til kjøpmann Erik Wullum, som i 1839 solgte den til skipsfører Ole Nielsen. Han startet i 1842 Hotel d`Angleterre i gården som var nyoppført etter storbrannen i 1841. Eiendommene Carl Johans gate 11 og 13 ble innkjøpt 1873 og slått sammen med hotellet 1898. Gården ble 1919 solgt til Haakon Høyer, som drev hotellet inntil det ble nedlagt i 1938. Henrik Ibsen bodde på Hotel d'Angleterre når han besøkte Trondheim.
