Description This deceptively large Second Empire-style cottage is located at the intersection of Lowell Avenue and Whitfield Avenue in Cincinnati's Clifton neighborhood. This 19th Century house is painted yellow, and has two levels below the main entrance off of Lowell Avenue, due to the steep slope it was built on, the result of a creek several yards behind the house. It appears this house has been divided into three apartment units, but it still outwardly retains its original charm, and is one of my favorite buildings in Clifton.
