Description
English: Fighting wildfires in the U.S. requires the use of both old and new transportation. Fire crews use U.S. Forest Service trained horses to traverse the rugged terrain at the Beaver Creek Fire. The Beaver Creek Fire in the Sawtooth National Forest near Hailey, ID began on Aug. 7 2013 by lighting has consumed approximately 111,387 acres (45,077 ha) and is 90% contained.
