Description
English: Statue of bishop Wilhelm Emanuel von Ketteler in Hopsten, Kreis Steinfurt, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The memorial is a work of Joseph Krautwald.
Deutsch: Das Ketteler-Denkmal in Hopsten, Kreis Steinfurt, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Deutschland. Die Statue ist ein Werk von Joseph Krautwald und wurde 1977 anlässlich des 100. Todestages des Sozialbischofs Wilhelm Emanuel von Ketteler und zur Erinnerung an dessen Wirken in Hopsten am Marktplatz zwischen Pfarrhaus und Pfarrkirche St. Georg aufgestellt. Das drei Meter hohe und gut drei Tonnen schwere Denkmal ist aus Würzburger Muschelkalkstein gearbeitet.
