Summary

[edit]
Description "Rather elemental is the Hopi mother, but there are certain aspects of her life which the mother of Fifth Avenue well may envy. The baby specialist is no part of her concern: she knows no specialist but Old Doctor Apollo, proprietor of the celebrated prescription, "Lay them in the sun and trust to luck." On that prescription hundreds of thousands of Hopi children have grown to sturdy manhood and womanhood. "
