English: Hood Grange and the Whitestone Cliff The view towards Hood Grange from the slopes of Hood Hill. The farm is likely to be on the site of a grange of Byland Abbey. Gormire Rigg, the low hill left of centre hides Gormire Lake, while the southern end of the Whitestone Cliff is seen to the right. |
