Summary
[edit]DescriptionHoniton, Tracey Mill Trout Farm - geograph.org.uk - 194569.jpg |
English: Honiton: Tracey Mill Trout Farm. Looking west. The mill is workable with a 10 foot diameter breastshot waterwheel and associated gearing. The waterwheel was cast by Bodley Brothers of Exeter in 1878 for local ironfounder and millwright Walter Mickleburgh but the wooden upright shaft may date from the 18th century. Known as Griggs Mill in 1889 when it was a flour or grist mill |
