Description
Deutsch: Davinsches Haus, heute Katasteramt, Böntalstraße 44 in Holzminden, Niedersachsen. Erbaut 1769 durch den ehemaligen Landvermesser Christian von Heine als Essig- und Stärkefabrik, später dem Kaufmann und Tabakfabrikant George Davin gehörend, am 1838 der Regierung. Klassizistische Fassadenumgestaltung um 1840, bis 1871 Baugewerkschule. 1871 Aufstockung auf drei Geschosse. Seit 1902 Behördenhaus. Baudenkmal-ID: 25071261
