Français : Autres titres : Magasin Holt Renfrew; 1300, rue Sherbrooke Ouest, Montréal. Description : Il s'agit de l'un des premiers commerces à s'établir en bordure de cette artère. Les architectes Ross & MacDonald ont reçu l'une des médailles d'honneur de l'Institut Royal d'Architecture du Canada pour la réalisation de ce projet. Les architectes ont fait appel au vocabulaire du style Art Moderne pour le traitement stylistique du bâtiment. En 1946, le magasin est agrandi de six étages sur le côté ouest.
