Description
Deutsch: Nordostansicht der röm.-kath. Pfarrkirche Mariä Himmelfahrt in Hollenburg, ein Ortsteil der niederösterreichischen Stadtgemeinde Krems an der Donau.
Die Kirche wurde dominierend und weithin sichtbar im Süden an steilem Hang über dem Markt erreichtet. Ursprünglich eine romanische Saalkirche, die sukzessiv umgebaut und erweitert wurde. Der Hauptchor und der nördliche Seitenchor, der als Florianikapelle bezeichnet wird, sind mit den Jahreszahlen 1429/30 datiert.
