[edit]DescriptionHohnbachtal, Halde.jpg |

English: Between 1862 and 1931 the slag of the mine Schmalgraf was dumped opposite of the so called Oskarstollen (Oskar gallery). Thus, the heavy metal-containing slag heap originated, on which developed the famous zinc flora. Perhaps best known is the yellow zinc violet, Viola lutea ssp. calaminaria. The slag heap is more of a flat terrain, only a few meters above the original level. It is protected, but on the edge, it invites to the picnic.
