Description
Deutsch: Blick von der Grünrockstraße auf die Seitenansicht der denkmalgeschützten Villa Wälzholz/ Bettermann in Hagen-Hohenlimburg, Stennertstraße 3. Ursprünglich 1892 im Auftrag des Textil-Industriellen Ribbert vom Bauunternehmer Carl Boecker errichteter reich gegliederter Neorenaissance-Bau. Links im Garten der Villa steht eine mächtige alte Blutbuche (Fagus sylvatica f. purpurea) als Naturdenkmal HO-2. Stammumfang ca. 3,9 m, Kronendurchmesser ca. 20 m, Höhe ca. 27,5 m. Das Wandbild links davor zeigt das abgerissene ehemalige Gebäude der Stadtbücherei.
