Deutsch: Skulptur aus Corten-Stahl im Hagener Stadtteil Hohenlimburg, Bahnstraßen-Kreisel vor dem Bahnhof. Die abstrakte Skulptur wurde von den beiden Kaltwalzwerken Waelzholz und Bilstein 2015 den Hohenlimburger Bürgern gestiftet. Im Volksmund „Schrotti“ genannt steht die Skulptur für das in Hohenlimburg und Umgebung beheimatete Kaltwalzzentrum Europas. 5,30 m hoch und 3,5 Tonnen schwer, gefertigt aus Stahlbändern, die bis zu 60 Kilogramm wiegen. Künstler: Peter Müller aus Neuss. Die runde Einfassung aus Berberitzen-Hecke und Stahlband wurde mit 100 Tonnen Kalkstein aus dem Oeger Steinbruch der Hohenlimburger Kalkwerke gefüllt. |
