Centsprent met 4 x 3 omkaderde houtsneden, met afbeeldingen van de slacht van runderen (bovenste 2 rijen) en varkens (onderste twee rijen): het vee gaat naar de markt, wordt met handslag verkocht, er wordt een glaasje gedronken (boven de deur: 'Vry Wyn'), een rund wordt geslacht, het vlees wordt in stukken gehakt, vrouwen maken worst, zult, pens. Varkens worden uit een boot geladen, naar de markt gebracht en verkocht, dan volgt het slachten en op de leer hangen, in stukken hakken, vrouwen in keuken bezig met worst en pens maken.
