Description
English: Plaque on the Church of Saint Gotthard (Godehard) on the Gothard Hill near Hořice, Jičín District, the Czech Republic.
Čeština: Deska na kostele svatého Gotharda (u vchodu do sakristie) na vrchu Gothard v Hořicích v okrese Jičín.
Text: „Původní dřevěný kostelík sv. Gottharda zřízen vedle staré tvrze ve XII. století nejspíše biskupem pražským Janem I. uprostřed polovice vsi Hořic, tímto praemonstrátům strahovským darované. V době neznámé postaveno praesbyterium, v století XVIII. kdy slynul jako slavné místo poutní loď nynější a věž. Klenba praesbyteria spadnuvší nahrazena plochým stropem. Vnitřek opraven r. 1899.“
