English: w:Hitlerjugend photo taken at 11:30 on August 17, 1938, their second day in Japan. The white dress Hitlerjugend belts were specially commissioned by the w:Reichsjugendführung Stab (Reich Youth Directorate staff) for this event, to contrast with the uniform and make them look smarter; they were not the normal official dress issue.
